EVCOM SHORTLISTED FOR THREE TECH AWARDS

For once we are speechless, well almost. To have been shortlisted for one award for Evcom would have been amazing, two would have been our wildest dream, but to be shortlisted for three Tech Excellence awards is an unbelievable achievement for the entire team. It really shows what determination and team work can achieve in a short period and show that new ideas and innovation is always needed

EVCOM PERFORM LARGE CRM INTEGRATION AVAYA BREEZE

February 2019

Evcom have successfully integrated  with the Avaya Breeze Platform for a bespoke customer requirement into their on premise CRM solution. This solution allowed the customer to have real time data from the customer CRM and quoting tool that is now stored along with the call audio and and screen recording, allowing the full record of the interaction to be easily searchable and accessible to the the business as required. Our vision for the Avaya Breeze platform is clear: to create a single integrated application platform that works in conjunction with any device or system, enabling enterprises and our developers to work together to build and deploy collaboration and customer engagement applicationsdevelopment skills.

EVCOM OPEN LONDON OFFICE

Evcom have opened a new hub near Wembley in London. This will be the location from where our UK services will be delivered and shows a confidence in the UK market. Evcom have the knowledge and the ability to assist customers globally and are lucky enough to be able to count customer locations across EMEA and the Americas

EVCOM LAUNCH ASSIST 365

Evcom are delighted to launch our very own Assist 365 a different type of knowledge management with with uses a mixture of Robotics and Knowledge management to become a Virtual PA to every single Agent in your organisation. At its launch in London Mark Evans CEO of Evcom was quoted as saying. "This is an exciting time for the industry as Assist 365 brings Robotics and Knowledge management together to increase customer satisfaction and add to our customers bottom line"

EVCOM EXPORT LEGACY CALL RECORDING DATA

September 2018

Evcom have successfully exported  legacy recording call and metadata from old recording systems from 1992 and 1998. The bespoke system was developed with our partners to interface with legacy systems that had Win 3.1, Win NT, Win 2000 and Win 2003 interfaces along with Access 95\97 and Sql 7 and Sql 2000 Databases. The issue the customer had faced was retention of the data on completely unsupported systems, The solution moved them to a SQL 2016 farm, with the interface on a Windows 2016 server hosted in a completely virtual environment  and calls store on a data center based SAN

EVCOM COMPLETE API INTEGRATION WITH VERINT 15.2

January 2018

Evcom have completed the integration of a Verint 15.2 solution to allow API integration  to allow immediate ingestion of calls or texts recorded on a mobile device outside of the network into the Verint system. The call or text is recorded inserted and playable with 1 minute regardless of the location of the mobile phone globally.

EVCOM INTEGRATION WITH MOBILE DEVICES COMPLETED INTO REDBOX WITH CALL AND TEXT RECORDING NOW COMPLETED

Evcom have integrated a mobility solution into the Redbox call recording solution. The solution deployed by Evcom allows for interactions to be quickly integrated from a mobile device into a Redbox solutions and works for calls and texts. The calls can then be mined for speech analytics purposes.

EVCOM INTEGRATES WITH NICE ENGAGE

December 2017

Evcom have completed the ingestion of calls and texts from a mobile platform into a NICE Engage system. This allows for data recorded outside of the NICE system to be playback on the NICE system to give the customer one view off all interactions regardless of the medium it was originally recorded on.

At this year’s Tech Excellence Awards, the mobility project completed by Evcom with our partner Glantus was nominated for Vertical Market Specialist of the Year, and won! The jury recognized the teams expertise in the specialized integration - beating out some stiff competition from major players in the space.
